Georgia Truck Accidents
Across Georgia, fatal truck accidents shatter lives every year. With large commercial vehicles traveling thousands of miles on our interstates and rural highways, the consequences of a collision can be devastating. Each year, hundreds of families are left grieving after deadly crashes involving tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, and other commercial carriers.
Because of their size and weight, trucks can cause catastrophic damage in a matter of seconds. Fatalities often occur instantly, leaving surviving family members to face unimaginable loss and the overwhelming challenges that follow.
Georgia’s mix of busy urban corridors—like I-75, I-85, and I-285—and fast-moving rural roads creates dangerous conditions where even a single error can have deadly results. Limited visibility, heavy traffic, and long stretches of highway increase the risks for both truck drivers and other motorists.
For families who lose a loved one in a truck crash, the aftermath brings not only emotional heartbreak but also significant financial strain. Funeral costs, loss of income, and the pain of losing a source of companionship and support can be life-altering.
