Georgia Car Accidents
Georgia’s roadways see more than 300,000 motor vehicle accidents each year, and while not all of them are fatal, a significant number result in serious injuries. Over 150,000 people are hurt annually in crashes throughout the state, often leaving them facing a long road to recovery filled with physical pain, emotional distress, and financial challenges.
Injuries from car accidents can range from broken bones and whiplash to spinal damage and traumatic brain injuries. Many of these collisions are caused by negligent driving behaviors such as distracted driving, speeding, impaired driving, or fatigue. Across the country, these human factors contribute to the vast majority of injury crashes. In fact, speeding alone is linked to tens of thousands of serious collisions each year.

Beyond medical treatment and physical recovery, victims often deal with lost wages, rising healthcare costs, vehicle repairs, and emotional trauma.
