Georgia Car Accidents

Atlanta, GA - Two Killed in Accident on Fulton Industrial Blvd near Robinson DrEvery year, Georgia experiences a devastating toll on its roads—more than 300,000 motor vehicle crashes occur statewide, resulting in over 150,000 injuries and thousands of lives lost. These aren’t just numbers—they represent families changed forever in an instant. Tragically, many of these fatal crashes are entirely preventable.

Driver negligence continues to be one of the primary causes of deadly collisions in Georgia and across the U.S. In fact, national data reveals that over 94% of traffic accidents are the result of human error. Some of the most dangerous driving behaviors include:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Distracted driving, such as texting behind the wheel
  • Speeding or reckless driving
  • Fatigued or drowsy driving

Each of these actions puts everyone on the road at risk—and the consequences can be catastrophic. Speeding alone is linked to over 12,000 deaths annually across the country, while distracted driving is responsible for hundreds of thousands of collisions each year.

For families who have lost a loved one in a fatal crash, the pain is immeasurable. Alongside the emotional grief comes the burden of unexpected costs: funeral expenses, medical bills, and lost income. During such a heartbreaking time, it’s important to know that legal help is available.
