Atlanta, GA (August 20, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on GA-400 northbound in Sandy Springs sent several people to the hospital and caused major traffic delays on Wednesday morning.
The collision occurred shortly after 6 a.m. near the North Springs MARTA Station, just past Abernathy Road and Dunwoody Road. Authorities reported that six to seven vehicles were involved in the chain-reaction crash. At least two to three individuals were transported to the hospital, including one person who sustained a broken leg.
All lanes on GA-400 were initially shut down as emergency crews responded. By 7:30 a.m., three northbound lanes had reopened, though one of the vehicles involved remained at the scene.
